From November 2025 onwards, you can conveniently register your stand using our stand configurator.
In June 2026 you will receive detailed setup and dismantling information as well as instructions for booking your time slots via our logistics tool.
Hall allocation begins in May 2026.
After receiving your payment, we will send the parking permits you ordered by post.
You will receive your stand confirmation with the corresponding allocation and the current hall plans from June 2026.
The trade fair will take place from August 16th to 18th, 2026, and will bring exhibitors, visitors and partners together for personal exchange on site.
At the end of June 2026, all interim invoices will be issued with a payment term of 30 days.
At the end of August 2026, all final invoices will be issued with a payment term of 30 days.
